Your Responsibilities

You will belong to the team for grades 4-6, where you, together with other educators, are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the activities. The school is two-parallel, which means you will share the responsibility for a grade with a colleague.

You are responsible for teaching and planning in your subjects. Mentorship is included in the position.

You will follow up on students' learning, development, and goal fulfillment individually and together with the team and the school's student health team. You actively participate in the school's and team's common tasks and are generous and curious, contributing your ideas, experiences, and engagement.

Who are you?

You are a certified teacher for grades 4-6. As a leader, you are clear and have an easy time building good, positive relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You have a desire to develop in your work and are well-versed in the school's governing documents.

As a person, you work well with others, are creative and proactive, and at the same time structured. You are calm and stable and have a flexible working style. You easily adapt to changing circumstances and take great responsibility for your tasks.

We want you to see opportunities in changes and have a positive and accommodating attitude. The work also requires pedagogical insight to meet students in need of special support, as well as developed knowledge of approaches that promote students' learning and development.
